Virtual PhD Student Network for Humanistic Management

Resharing on behalf of the International Humanistic Management Association

Calling all doctoral students interested in advancing a humanistic agenda for better organizing! The International Humanistic Management Association is launching a virtual peer network for PhD students who know that we as a species can do better.

      What is Humanistic Management?

The humanistic management agenda focuses on reorienting organizing practices to 1) protect dignity, and 2) promote well-being rather than only narrow economic wealth.

Are you interested in advancing this agenda and being part of a peer group that:

      • advances research in a stimulating and supportive environment
      • supports you throughout the PhD journey, and
      • helps with future career options

Join the inaugural meeting on October 16, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. EST. No preregistration is required... use the following Zoom link to join at the appointed time: https://zoom.us/j/5102359757.

During the virtual meeting, everyone will explore the basics of Humanistic Management and how this paradigm can inform a wide range of research projects. The organizers (John Kyle, Juergen Nagler, Michael Pirson) are aiming to gather online monthly.

You can also register for updates from the International Humanistic Management
